👀👀Tomorrow afternoon you will see the CTVFC responding in this 2002 Pierce Dash mid mount tower. It is a true dry truck(no water, that’s what engines are for) and is 100ft long. This apparatus is being rented due to our current tower being out of service for repairs. Tomorrow morning we will be swapping into the new unit and we will be training on it throughout the day. You will see the organization utilizing it a lot in the coming weeks to ensure all of our driver/operators & firefighters are proficient with operations. Due to the truck not having a pump and operating similar to our current tower it will be an easy switch for us. We expect to have this rental unit early 2026.
