The PSTC had a proboard rope rescue program, the citizens fire academy, and weekly training. The weekly training focused on VES. Firefighters/ drivers gained access via ground ladders to do a targeted search of a space and rescue a victim that is found in the space.

We then held a good ol fashion race for fun. Throwing a 16 foot straight ladder and entering the 2nd floor window. We are proud to say the oldest competitor won…Chief Garing beat them all by 1.5 seconds 💪
