This afternoon, Station 21 was dispatched for a working residential structure fire in New Sewickley Township. C42 & C42-2 arrived on scene with heavy fire, followed immediately by T21 and E21-2. Truck crew split, with the inside crew performing primary search and fire control with a PW and outside truck laddering the structure and venting the roof. Engine crews deployed the 300’ and 200’ preconnects and had water on the fire within minutes of arrival.
Special shout-out to our ride-alongs who were at the PSTC helping to assist setting up the ERS who responded as part of the Engine crew! Great work by all!
