Since the winter storm began the CTVFC has been busy

Since last Friday night the group has responded to approximately 55 calls for service for weather related emergencies. These were mostly related to broken water lines and sprinkler pipes. Some of them were manageable and some were just devastating. The volunteers have worked hard straight through the holidays going call to call. We have had an average turnout of 9 people per call and an average turn out time of 2 minutes or less. The damages to the residential and business community has been significant, our thoughts are with those impacted.

Thank you to the members that put in the extra effort during the weather event and the holiday- your dedication to service is noted and appreciated!
