| The last month…The members have been busy working towards a goal over the last few months. There is a push towards a goal that was asked of them that revolved around organizational culture. It was outlined by all of leadership and is being piloted by the firefighters. It focuses on proficiency, staffing, training, and educating HARD to advance the organization to improve the product we are putting on the street. We are putting up record numbers on all fronts and can visually see the results- this includes membership intake of people that want to be there.
The Motto of it all “fireground safety is a result of task proficiency.”
We have also tasked all of them to take a second and take the photo. Attached are 30 days of photos that captures just some of our activities but not all.
To the firefighters of the CTVFC keep up the great work-keep it up. We asked and you have answered💪💪
