| To be eligible, members must be active for one full quarter and certified Firefighter 1, and new recruits can be eligible in as little as 3 months after starting Firefighter 1 certification classes.
Assistance can be provided for any post-secondary learning institute, ie. college (undergrad, graduate), community college, trade school, etc., as long as the member maintains a GPA of 2.5 or higher.
