Last night at our company meeting Firefighter Alex Kovac & Junior Firefighter Bryce Sekera were issued Chiefs challenge coins for their efforts at a structure fire on 3/8/23 in Adams Township While working at the fire they were in the right place at the right time to witness a firefighter fall into the deep end of an in ground pool. The firefighter was hanging onto the side of the pool and unable to get out himself. They both acted quickly and helped pull him up and out of the water and to safety.
