New Community Risk Reduction Coordinator

For Immediate Release to all CTVFC members:

On behalf of David Gallagher, Director of Fire and Emergency Services for Cranberry Township, and with a full endorsement from myself as the president of the CTVFC and from Dave Mack as the chief of the CTVFC, please be advised that Jeff Gooch has been selected as the Fire and Emergency Services Department’s new Community Risk Reduction Coordinator.

As the new Risk Reduction Coordinator, Jeff brings 16 years of experience in the fire service and a background that spans 20 years in information technology. In addition, he brings 6 years of fire officer leadership with the CTVFC and has served as a volunteer since 2001. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Public Administration-Fire Service Administration from Point Park University, an Associate of Science Degree in Computer Forensics from Butler County Community College, and numerous fire service educational accomplishments.

Director Gallagher is very confident that Jeff will be an immediate asset to the Fire and Emergency Services Department.

Please note that Jeff will officially start in his new role on Tuesday, August 1, 2017 but will be participating in Fire & Emergency Services work during the transition period.
