At 19:58 last evening the Cranberry Township Volunteer Fire Company was dispatched for a fire on Rolling Rd in the Township. Within a minute Chief 21 and 21-2 were in route followed by E21-3, T21, and SQ21-2 as members were at a special meeting followed shortly by L21, R21 and E21-2. Crews arrived to discover that the fire was mostly knocked down by a fire extinguisher. Crews extinguished the rest of the fire with water cans and checked for extension into the residence and did overhaul on the porch. After operating on scene for about an hour crews returned back in service.
